Zara then helped the transaction towards exchange and was very good at communicating and keeping us updated at each stage, and acted quickly when there were some issues throughout the transaction. I have rented through lots of estate agents and this was definitely my best experience. Quade was extremely helpful and informative, when showing us around the properties. He was very accommodating, kindly squeezing us in for a viewing when I was running late. When we found the one we wanted, Lulu quickly sent over the relevant documents and we started the process the same day. She has been so helpful and responds to emails very promptly.
