Have just bought a house through the North Street branch of CJ Hole. The staff in the branch, in particular the progressions team, helped us through a very complicated purchase quickly and efficiently. Not sure I would be writing this from my new living room now without their help.

Brilliant service. Me and my partner have only in the last few months finally decided to move out of home and move in together, as you can imagine this is a very stressful time! The lettings staff made this as simple and as straight forward as possible. Especially Chris, he was very responsive with all of questions and settled our minds. We've completed 4 or 5 viewings with CJ Hole, Ethan Buckler who showed us round was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly understood what we were looking for and was always ready to give important information when required. Ethan was also excellent and backing away when we were deep in conversation or needed a quiet moment. Overall the booking process was a little bit of a faff because of the number of properties and our schedules - none of that was Ethan's fualt but that's why it's only 4 stars.
