Although we didn't buy our house through CJhole, I wanted to to comment on the good service from Matthew. He showed us round some properties and we I also seen him in your branch a couple of times. He was always so friendly, helpful, patient and professional. He has vision about properties and can show off the features and benefits, but without being pushy. He was attentive to what we were looking for, and came up with some choices we wouldn’t have thought of. Matthew is a real credit to the branch and I would not hesitate to recommend them because of this. Thanks.

I’ve just sold my flat through Cjhole Southville and purchased a house from another agent. However I’d like to extend my gratitude to Nicola Bridges at the Southville office. Nicola was absolutely amazing throughout this process, which was made difficult and stressful due to painfully difficult and unresponsive communication from my own Solicitors. I advertised my property through CJ Hole and they were great, did an open day and I got lots of offers within a few days. It was a very easy and enjoyable process. Unfortunately I had problems buying a house. 3 attempts failed, through no fault of my own, got caught up in chains etc and was generally just unlucky. Throughout this time, almost 12 months, I liaised with Stan Pitman in the progression department. I don’t think I would be where I am today (about to move to a lovely new home) if it wasn’t for him. He has offered nothing but support and understanding, had kept my buyers on board this whole time (a miracle I would say) and his advice has been invaluable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always called me back whenever I contacted him, which was a lot! He was always polite, professional and is a real credit to CJ Hole.
