We’ve now had several house viewings with Dan at CJ Hole and really appreciate his style of showing you around. He allows you space to observe the house while being knowledgeable and honest if you have any questions, while not being pushy at all. Bart showed us a house today in South Bristol and it was honestly one of the best viewings we've had. He knew the house and gave little bits of helpful information like the friendly neighbours and which furniture was staying. We felt we could have an open and honest conversation with him which helped us make the decision to put forward an offer.
