Really good Estate Agents
Austin Bond helped me find a lovely flat which I ended up staying in for 5 years, they was always helpful in answering any questions I had and was really friendly. It was always a pleasure going into the office even if I hadn’t been in for a while they instantly knew who i was which was a nice feeling was. I was worried about the check out as i heard other agents charged tenants extortionate fees but Austin Bond sent me a check out letter 3 months before i was leaving which was so detailed I went through the whole list and dealt with everything on that list and i ended up with my deposit back in full. Im really pleased with the service, it’s a shame I’m now 1000 miles away otherwise i would have stayed. I would most definitely be recommending them and will be returning to them once i am back in the U.K

Would recommend this agent
They are really professional and always respond to my enquiries. I have had some issues and they have dealt with it quickly. They always make time for you and they are polite. I would highly recommend.
