Katie was highly helpful, reassuring and has a friendly character.
Katie has been very helpful with our first property even to the point of taking a photo of a water later that stated a date of move in which we had not been told. She has responded quickly to emails and has a very lovely character making her a great estate agent.

Great experience funding my first home with Katie
This is my first ever property search and I can honestly say that Pace have made my experience a pleasant one. Katie has been fantastic from the start up until now. She gets things done extremely fast and is very understanding and down to earth. I haven't actually dealt with anybody else other than Katie and she is everything in one. Katie is a delight.
I have had the pleasure of meeting Katie during my search for a new property. She has been so so helpful, kind and understanding through out the whole process. 5 Stars for Pace
Pace are by far the best estate agents in Southend, We do not have a bad word to say! Katie has kept us upto date from start to finish with the process of getting our family home. Katie is a real pleasure to deal with. She has a friendly positive fun and professional attitude (Even our daughter of 5 loved her) We was shocked to find out that Pace work 7 days a week. This is great for customers who work on Saturdays. A very hardworking, professional team Huge thanks to Katie, Adele and Diane.

Great service, very helpful staff
Pace has been managing my first property for a few months now and I have been happy with their service ever since. Their emails are prompt when there is an issue with the property. They are always respectful and nice. They always consult with me when there is a problem with the property. As I am a new landlord, I find Pace very helpful as they give me additional tips and advice with regards to my property. The manager even goes out of his way to help me. I highly recommend Pace to anyone looking to be a landlord.

As. Buyer they were great
I had almost no interaction with anyone other than Sue Mellor during this transaction. So in many respects it is difficult to really be too objective. Sue is utterly awesome though. She relentlessly chased down the issues as they came up, kept us in the loop meticulously and even managed to find time to give us a pep talk or two when we were pulling our hair out.

Good reputations are not built overnight.
I am a landlady with many properties and have dealt with Pace for about 10 years. Marcus is very friendly, honest, efficient and helpful and has made my letting experience extremely easy always finding me suitable tenants. I have nothing but praise for Marcus who has been with Pace many years. It's reassuring that with all his expertise and knowledge I can relax knowing he is capable of handling all my letting needs. It's an exceptional level of 5-Star service at a very low cost. The set price payable is a brilliant idea. Their communication and professionalism is excellent. Whatever Marcus is getting paid - it's not enough!
