I have been very impressed with Martin & Co. so far. As a tenant several times before I have never experienced such an organised and professional service, from vieweing the property to actually moving in. I expect everything to run smoothly during this tenancy - Laura is great at responding quickly, making the whole experience of moving to a new place easy and stress-free.

Selling during 2020 and 2021s pandemic, and with a big chain, a few paperwork problems along the way, was very stressful, yet our estate agents kept their cool and helped us through the process . Nearly 6 months later we've exchanged contracts and have a moving date in sight. Great communication and kept us calm during a few hiccups along the way. Oh and a big shout out to Charlotte.😊😇

I cannot thank Joanna O'Mahony and Charlotte Crane enough for what they have helped us get through on both sale and purchase. There were a number of complications along the way (not their fault at all, at solicitor level) and they made sure that everything was then put back on track and did a fantastic job in getting it completed. They are an absolute cut above the rest when it comes to customer service. I don't even think a 5* review does give quite enough justice for what they have done.
