The conveyancing process was far from straightforward. There were complexities on both the seller’s side, which Reece was representing, and our side as buyers, especially given the property’s history and the plans we had moving forward. He chased every key milestone professionally without ever making it feel like he was hounding us, which is a rare quality in this industry.
