I first started renting with Martin & Co 3 yrs ago, I've never had any problems with them always very helpful and friendly,and if anything needed fixing they was very efficient. I've recently have had to move again and Martin and co have helped me to secure a place easily and quickly I can't thank them enough.

Since I transferred over from my previous agent, I have experienced a quantum leap in service, attention to detail and rapid response to any and all enquiries. Gaynor and the team have been quick to update me of any issues and have been very swift in carrying out my instructions to the letter. I have been totally impressed by Martin and Co. and would definitely recommend to landlords and tenants alike.

The first time I rented via Martin & Co Southend, I only realised how crafty they were when I moved out and they done me in for £200 'cos I hadn't trimed back a hedge..!! I've now had no option but to rent through them for my recent property. They were very helpful indeed whilst applying for the property..but now that we're in they are a nightmare to get hold of. All I need is a simple plug socket that wasn't working when we moved in to be fixed and after leaving 3 voicemails and 2 emails I've heard nothing back and it's been 2 weeks! 😩 Edit: Well it seems I was premature in my recent judgement..the electrician came round soon after we were given the correct details for their repairs booking system, which we have had to use 2 more times since and so far we have had very quick responses. Have updated to 5 stars. P.s You probably couldn't find details of previous rental because I use my middle name on Google but the property was 117a St Helen's Rd and was in 2012 when I lived there
