Since I transferred over from my previous agent, I have experienced a quantum leap in service, attention to detail and rapid response to any and all enquiries. Gaynor and the team have been quick to update me of any issues and have been very swift in carrying out my instructions to the letter. As a Landlord with Martin and Co, I am very happy with their service. The team that manager my property are always very helpful and resolve all issues faced. I am a landlord that does not have time to watch the property constantly, I feel confident and comfortable that Martin and Co have all in safe hands. Tenant is also very happy with the way they work.
