This super market has gone down hill i have to keep date checking every thing i need as ive been caught out with products that have the following days date on them stock rotation is terrible ,if you go through big shop self service and require help staff are just stood chatting at the other end and they wonder why people get short tempered when they have been waving at them for 5mins and are ignored it needs a real shake up

just found out they don't have any quail eggs anymore possibly really liked when they had quail eggs sad to see it not there

Quiet for a Saturday, found everything I wanted & excellent Nectar offers. Always use them.

Staff stand around chatting whilst you stand there awaiting help at checkouts on occasions.however I do like shopping at this store but the escalator is always breaking down it drives me insane get it fixed once and for all please as the queues for the lifts when you have trolly full of shopping is horrendous
