So Kings Estates have consistently let my property for 8 years that’s great. What has most impressed me is when there is a problem. When I purchased the property I inherited some problematic tenants and this was dealt with by Ryan who gave great advise dealt with the issue pragmatically negotiated with guarantors dealt with deposits. Then promptly filled the property with a short term let for three months before the next years students arrived. This absolutely minimised any losses and was a far better outcome than I expected. I will definitely be using kings again in the future and as soon as I am in the position for another property will be giving Ryan a call.
