Fantastic support
I’m rating an agent today who has helped us through a LONG process, no fault of the agent. Louise has answered every email and phone call and dealt with every enquiry I had. She was fantastic and can’t fault her in anyway. Louise was polite, friendly, professional and so supportive to us all. Thank you so much for everything and would recommend Louise and Charles Carr again.

Friendly and professional
I am a landlord and used the tenant find service with Carter Edwards. I dealt with a variety of the staff throughout the process and every member was friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond the norm, from accommodating specific property viewing times, to providing additional information when requested. Carter Edwards will certainly be my first stop should I need a tenant find service again in the future.

Great communication and smooth letting!
Being a first time landlord we were quite nervous about doing our first rental property but from the word go it has been an easy and smooth process. Always being told about what stage we were at and what to do next with great guidance. The team were very approachable and nothing was too much to ask. We now have great long term tenants in our property and we look forward to working with Carter Edwards again on our next one! Thank you again!

The best experience letting my property!
I recently contacted Carter Edwards to start the process of renting out my flat since I've had to relocate to London for my new job. I couldn't wish for better service than what I received from Lisa and Connor from my first phone call. They arranged an instant appointment for that same day to value my flat. I was moving to London within 4 weeks so I wanted to have tenants in straight away. After a few days of viewings my flat was rented out to a couple who moved in the week after I left! What a quick and easy turnaround! Thank you so much for your help!

Good team
Carter Edwards were great to deal with, as a tenant they went above and beyond, from doing late viewings for me as I work until 6pm to helping me fill out the forms, I've never rented before and heard such haunting stories of Letting agents so it was nice to have a friendly bunch of guys going out of there way to help me!
