Outstanding service

Blue Door are not as they state your 'run of the mill' agent. They are not on the High St, they are not into fancy flash talk and over inflated prices, instead Greg and Rachael are experienced, they know the market so damn well. Let them do the running for you, in order to highlight the best features of your property and have it sold quickly. I thought that after fifteen years buying and selling property that I was pretty experienced but after my third cup of tea with Greg I realised that his knowledge far exceeded mine. Go and have a chat with him and Rachael, don't even waste your time at the rivals who have names that we all know, go and talk about your investment and finances with a grown up who knows their stuff. Stress free and professional agent to deal with - with the personal touch...

I was lucky when my friend recommended a local family run estate estate agent who was only across the road from me, but having not lived in Southampton for 10 years things certainly had changed. In short Greg was very approachable and friendly and willing to help in many ways unlike the bigger agents that did not have the personal touch. Greg and his wife are a professional team that delivered what their client wanted. They were efficient and precise and knew the market well. I was extremely happy with their service and I would strongly recommend them to anyone that is buying or selling a property!

Class above the rest

Greg came and gave an honest valuation of our property. It quickly went on the market and sold after 3 viewings due to it not being overpriced and Greg knowing the market and the customers. We had a lot of support and discussion with Greg when buying our new property and we were pleased with the outcome. Excellent service

I had been recommended to Blue Door by a friend, who said they are not your typical Estate Agent and they were right! Because I don't live locally Greg & Rachael very kindly use to pop into the property to check all was well. They accompanied all viewings and overall made the whole process for me relatively stress free. Within a week they had firm offers and the sale went through very quickly. This was during a difficult time for me as the house was being sold after a family bereavement, Greg & Rachel were both very kind and supportive and most definitely for me not your average estate agent. They went above and beyond and I am eternally appreciative of all that they did.
