From the interactions we have had with him, he comes across as polite and friendly and gave us some realistic expectations when offering as we obviously had our offer accepted. The service I received from M&P was second to none! I met with Paul Saturday midday to discuss my BTL, it was advertised by the same afternoon, a deposit pending viewing taken by the Monday, multiple viewings booked for Tuesday - property let by 5pm same day! My new tenant was vetted in a timely fashion and I have been kept in the loop throughout the whole process.
