The property was sold the day it went on the market and Sarah has been so helpful in supporting the sale, explaining what would happen when and helping us navigate the whole thing. If you’re selling, my wife and I recommend Oulsnam Droitwich Spa for the following reasons... They can advise you on what needs doing to prepare your property for sale. This will result in more interested and motivated potential buyers. Once on the market they can advise and help you to identify the best buyer. Once subject to contract they diligently work with solicitors and the buyer to progress to completion. This stage is often the most fragile because of chains, surveys, legal issues, unrealistic or misguided expectations etc. etc. Our experience of the staff at Oulsnam Droitwich Spa is that they can sort out all of these.
