We have been private landlords for nearly 30 years. We recently purchased a new flat and asked Houseman properties to find us a tenant. The service we received from day one was excellent. They gave us sound advice on rental expectations and had the property on the market within 48 hours. Their communication was great, and we were kept well informed of the level of interest and viewings. When a tenant was found the paperwork was extremely professionally managed and they rightly ensured that all compliance certificates were available. We were delighted to receive an email from our new tenant saying how happy she had been with Emma and Raphael and the service she had received. We would happily recommend Houseman Properties to any landlord looking to work with a highly experienced company who deliver great service to them and their tenants.

I have used Balgores Hayes to manage my property since becoming a landlord in 2017 and I have always found them to be a very professional company ensuring that my tenants are happy and my property is kept up to scratch. Rent is always paid punctually, I would highly recommend their services.
