Excellent customer service and communication

I would to thank M&P estate agents they have been amazing. Hannah went above and beyond for us through our sale. It’s wasn’t the easiest sale for us. Hannah was always on the other side of the phone if needed to answer my 100 questions😂. She’s friendly and very professional. I’d also like to mention our progressor Troy was also amazing he was always keeping us updated with the sale and always on the other side of the phone when it was getting all too much. Overall the service we received was 10/10 Thank you guys 🥂

24th April 2023 It is rare for me to write a review. However, I have extremely positive feedback to give M&P Estates. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Straightforward, professional, but above all, they are honest. Paul is an absolute pleasure to work with, truly a breath of fresh air! I’ve had the pleasure of being a tenant of theirs for 10+ years, had 3 different landlords during that time who were all amazing. Now in a position to buy a property. I have to say I bought with M and P Estates and didn't sell with them but I wish I had! The service was impeccable and from start to finish with Elliott in the sales progression team I had friendly updates and help with everything I needed, what a great service:) and even a little pressie to move in with:) I can't recommend them highly enough, thanks M and P!
