Excellent Customer Service

It was nothing but a pleasure to deal with Chris regarding the sale of our house. The service level was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Chris was approachable and contactable any time of the day. Selling houses is meant to be a stressful experience but Chris and his team managed the whole process for us with ease. We would highly recommend them and will not hesitate use them again in the future.

WARNING HIGH STREET ESTATE AGENTS BEWARE. Move Revolution has set a standard and service that far exceeds all customer expectation that cannot be found from conventional high street estate agents. Having listed our house for sale with a well known high street estate agent for 7 months with numerous viewings, countless time wasters and one eventual buyer who could not complete due to insufficient funds, we decided enough was enough. Totally disillusioned with the service we had been given, coupled with me doing the chasing, potential buyers not vetted properly, not being able to get answers, part time staff who were unavailable etc it was time for a change. Having had such a stressful experience we decided to change to Move Revolution whom my son had used to handle both his house sale and purchase and had been telling us for countless weeks to switch to them as he was so impressed with their service. Damien said to me "give me 2 weeks and I will sell your property". Well he sold it in one day at the full asking price! I cannot speak too highly of Damien who sold our property, Sarah who keeps me fully updated on a regular basis and Tom who sold us our new home. They really are a credit to Move Revolution and they are available out of office hours unlike high street estate agents. Using this company is the best decision I ever made. Trust me you will not find a better estate agent.

After a long search and little success sourcing a suitable investment, I spoke to Cliff Cooper from Move Revolution about my requirements for an investment property, within a week his fellow director, Chris Crabtree called me to introduce a property that fit the brief 100%. I am impressed with the team work shown by Move revolution and have found Chris to be very honest and trust worthy and as a result of his excellent work, I have had a successful offer accepted quickly and without hassle. Great service

I'm currently looking to buy a property and have been in contact with Move Revolution, Chris Crabtree is my agent I'm dealing with. I've dealt with other agents in the past and I can honestly say Chris is amazing. He's very knowledgable, made us feel comfortable and most of all he's not pushy. I didn't feel forced into any decisions with them. Although we haven't yet found the property we're after yet I feel confident they will deliver the house we're waiting for.

Move Revolution were recommended to us as we had previously had some high fees quoted by other local agents. Not only are their rates very reasonable, the service we have received has been excellent. We have primarily dealt with Chris, Damian and Bonnie from the Nutfield branch. They have all been friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Our house went on the market within a week and we were under offer soon after. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
