My husband and I purchased our first home via Move Revolution. We were pregnant with our first child, and due to give birth during the sale, so tensions were high. Sue Peyton was an absolute pillar of strength throughout the whole process. We had an issue with our mortgage provider, which Sue worked tirelessly on and fixed. We can't thank her enough. If it wasn't for Sue, we would of been homeless with a newborn baby the week before Christmas. Instead, we came out of hospital last night, and pick up the keys to our new home today. As a first time buyer we had many unsuccessful attempts at trying to secure a home and was beginning to lose hope, until we were put in touch with move revolution. It started with finding a property online and wanting to view it ASAP! We put in an email enquiry and after liaising with Zak (on his way home at the time I believe) we had a viewing for the next day. We met Damian on site who presented the property to us in a professional manner and explained all we wanted to know without referring to documentation or notes. The next day we had our offer accepted, this is when Sue came into the equation. Sue has been nothing but professional and pleasant through every moment of this move, she is always available and if she is busy at the time of your call you have an almost instant call back. Sue was even replying and reading emails whilst on holiday! We had daily updates and both parties were kept in the know at every stage and hurdle! Very professional

We are extremely pleased with our service from Move Revolution, especially with Hannah Gunn. She is extremely professional and guided us through every step of the process whilst renting out our property. She found us Tenants within a week of appointing the rental, which was fantastic and a huge weight off our minds. The communication was excellent between Hannah and ourselves and we are very satisfied with the overall experience. Move revolution were a pleasure to deal with. Damian was our agent and always pleasant, polite and listened to what we wanted. He sold our house within a few days after taking over from another agent who had been poor.. Sarah and Sue (Crawley) took over after the sale was agreed and were fantastic. Sarah was in charge overall of our case, and if she wasn't available, Sue was always there to pick up and suitably knowledgeable about our case. We had a long and complicated chain, including one seller without an agent. She was constantly picking up the phone and chasing, We had some huge issues within the chain during the process and I genuinely feel that without the help of Sarah in particular, (as well as Sue and Damian when required), that the sale and purchase would have fallen through a few times. A great set up and a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A pleasant change from the many agents we have come into contact with over the two years we were searching for a new home. I am also reviewing them from a buyer's perspective, as we looked at a few properties with them before deciding to sell through them and I was always impressed how Damian handled each viewing. I really felt like he was working for us as well, not just for the vendors. I was impressed how he never said anything regarding the houses we were viewing that I would have been unhappy with if I were the seller.
