The best agency service that I have ever used

We were struggling to look for a place to rent in London as the rental market here is very competitive. All our offers were rejected as we could not compete with other tenants. However, we were lucky to find Luca, a lettings negotiator, who was a great help in finding a good place for us within a short time. He is professional, promptly responds to our queries, and always kept us informed at every stage of the renting process.
