We just sold our flat with streets ahead and Michael, Phil and Davide were all professional and really lovely people to deal with. Phil have a really realistic valuation and showed us lots of recently sold similar properties in the area as reference to set the price. Michael and Davida did all the viewings and were always courteous and respectful to us and our home and Michael was always available to update us and talk us through the conveyancing process.
