From start to finish the S&C team were great. I was given a realistic valuation, received great support with marketing and had plenty of viewings. When I gained a buyer S&C communicated regularly with me and when exchange seemed elusive, Lucy did a sterling job of communicating with everyone down the chain. Manning Stainton handled the sale of our property. All involved in the sale, and every team member we had contact with were very professional. The team managed the viewings, queries and negotiations, and despite some issues, with buyers pulling out and having to re-list the property, they achieved an asking a price we were happy with and the final sale went through without a hitch. We first met Emma who was our initial contact, advising us on the saleability of the house and a realistic asking price. Our main contact at Manning was Debbie, who guided us through the sales to completion. Debbie was very approachable and supportive throughout the sale process. We would definitely use Manning again to list any future house sales.
