When looking to buy in Greenwich, we viewed a number of properties with Michael and Sam, and they stood out for being so helpful, honest and intelligent. They listened to what we were looking for, and really got it. They are obviously knowledgeable about the area and the different developments and we learned a lot from them that helped in our search. When on the fence about viewing properties, we tended to go for it with JLL where we wouldn't with other agencies, because we knew it would be a good experience with either of them.

A particular thank you to Ashton, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, proactive and a great mediator between all parties involved. There were a number of challenges along the way, and Ashton did an excellent job of keeping both sides informed, managing expectations and chasing solicitors and other parties when progress stalled.
