We sold our property with Whitegates. We met with another estate agent in the area and we knew it was Merik and Whitegates we wanted to sell our house with! Merik was straightforward and very enthusiastic and put us at ease having previously dealt with an online agent. From then on the service was consistent throughout. Just had a very good experience working with Mirek, Kelly, and Helen. Throughout the sale process, we were kept in the loop with the updates from the vendor, quotes from the contractors, and they even lined up the electrical engineer and refurb team to start on the property as soon as it's completed.
