I never thought I would be leaving a 5 star review for an estate agent but here I am. Josh and James have completely altered my opinion of estate agents. Josh has been a life saver while we've been trying to complete before stamp duty changes. Always there at the end of the phone and he does a really good job of chasing solicitors and other estate agents. Needles to say Josh was key to us avoiding the extra thousands in tax. I've used a few well known Leeds estate agents over the years and this is the only one I would recommend. Thanks so much Josh and James.
