I used David Conway Estate Agents to sell my property, and was very impressed with their communication, responsiveness and transparency. They were able to secure an offer very quickly and were doing showings at flexible times for potential buyers. (Evenings/Weekends) and gave prompt feedback. The actual contracts and completion part was extremely complex involving 3 different management companies, local council and 2 solicitor firms - all of whom were not as responsive or lacked urgency in the matter. It took several months from offer to finally completing, but Ali and James were instrumental in pushing solicitors and getting this across the line. If the other parties just did a fraction of the effort that David Conway Estate Agents had put in then the sale would have completed in weeks not months!
