I really appreciate to Freya Cattermole and Rugile Norbutaite. Rugile explained me very well when I was viewing the flat. I was very satisfied the flat she showed me and decided to get a contract with her company. Afterwards, I've asked them loads things but they were always kind and responded very quick which was very thanksful. Freya controlled the contract between the landlord and me, she let me know what I have to do for the next step. As I am South Korean that I didn't know what I have to do but she explained me very well step by step. She responded answer super quickly like a rocket! And I asked loads questions but whatever I asked her, she always responded nicely. I really appreciate for these two great staffs. If you are a foreigner who wants to live nice place in london, I highly recommend these two staffs. Many thanks Ru and Freya!!

I recently rented through Martin and Co and I must say the experience was great. Rugile and Freya, the agents I dealt with were very friendly and responsive to emails or calls and moving in was a breeze. Everything was set up from utilities to Internet accounts before I moved in which made the transition easier for me as its my first time living on my own. Would definitely recommend.

The service from Freya, Ru and Paul at Martin & Co was professional, friendly, personable and comprehensive which meant that my property search, viewings & eventual move in all went really smoothly.

From meeting Peter on March 21st to finally (due to our timescales) letting out our property though them, it would be fair to say that this estate agent have been professional, accommodating and also adaptable to what we require verses what was the standard. The property was snapped up after less than 24 hours in there control and marketing - fair to say, "they know what to do, and when not!" So fully recommend.
