Easy, simple and smooth

As a first time buyer you step into the propert world without having much experience and knowledge of what’s to come. However everybody at Move revolution, including Sue and Louise have been so welcoming and always happy to answer any questions. We were led to believe by other people that the process of buying a house can take from 6months to a year, it took us just 3 months, and that was because of the relationship our estate agent had with our solicitor, and the constant updates given to us about our progress and our sellers. Move Revolution 4 v 0 (Other Appointed Agents)

Move Revolution made themselves known to us once we started construction on site. We had another agent already appointed and so took Move Revolution on a joint agency basis alongside the other agency. It was the best decision we made. We had 2 new build and 2 period conversions, so a variety of styles and types of properties to sell. As the title points out, Move Revolution smashed it! They sold all 4 properties, vastly outperforming the other agents. What's more, we achieved above asking price on 3 of the 4 units during what is probably the most difficult market in which to sell properties in the last 10 years.
