Having initially viewed a house to buy through Damian and been impressed by his regular updates and communication I switched from my existing agent and placed my property with Daman to sell. He did this fairly swiftly. Viewings were well supported and planned with an update on who was viewing and any advice re the market, comparable properties and considerations re price. From the moment Damian knock on our door suggesting he might be able to help with the sale of our property, right through to moving into our new place he and his team were on the ball chasing it through to completion! Would definately go with them again when it comes to the dreaded day we have to downsize!!
