A friendly agent that listens and provides great advice

I registered with Damian at Move Revolution with some specific requirements. He listened and understood what I would and wouldn’t compromise on and so when he rung me with a property that he said matched my needs I knew that it would. He gave me great advice on how to secure the property whilst always working in his clients interests and would call me or take calls late into the evening and on Sundays. Sue managed the sale once all agreed and she was always a pleasure to talk to. Again she gave me great advice on surveyors etc and also appreciated that it wasn’t always possible for me to take calls so would follow up with a clear email so I knew where things were. I genuinely believe Sue and Damian care about helping people move and work in a proactive and friendly way whilst getting the job done! We were recommended Move Revolution to sell our house last year but decided to go with another agent. This was such a mistake! When our house didn’t sell we came back to Move Revolution. Damian was very personable and got the house sold in a short time and it was great being able to contact them 7 days a week. This means you get feedback from viewings very quickly. Following the sale of the house we were supported by Sue to get the process completed. This became lengthy and stressful (in no way due to Move Revolution). Sue went above and beyond her role, managing to get information from our buyers Solicitor that no-one else could. Sue was very friendly throughout the process and didn’t seem to mind the frequent phone calls I made to find out what was going on and to air my frustration. Sue was very sympathetic and friendly throughout and despite her busy job, was always up to date with our situation and I never had to repeat information. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough.
