I recently purchased a property through Move Revolution Redhill. It was a highly complicated process due to 5 families in the chain. There had been so many challenges throyght out the purchase but Sue and her team made it happen for us. Without Sue's professionalism and expertise we wouldn't have made it. When faced with losing both parents over a nine month period, not only is this a time to grieve but there are important tasks to address too. One of which was to sell the family home to settle the estate debt. Where to go or who do we use, I done the normal thing of follow the crowd, had an online estate agency who constantly brag on TV how wonderful they are and the customer is king. Well this was an eye opener and being sensible I didn't opt for one opinion on the valuation or marketing support, this from the agency was all placed on me, but for extra they would market the property, this was a complete no no, plus the valuation was ridiculously low and when I challenged it, I was mocked. So I thanked them for the visit , don't call us we'll call you, shut the door and breathed a sigh of relief that I knew my market. The next appointment was with guy called Dylan from Move Revolution, Dylan arrived on time , was very polite in his approach to the situation of the grieving process we were going through as a family. Once the introduction was over Dylan and I walked through the property, discussing each of our thoughts as to the property condition and who it might suit. After a good look around , Dylan politely asked my thoughts on the price we might like to achieve and we both were in agreement that the price I had in mind was more than realistic, he suggested a strategy for marketing and explained how they system worked. Within 24 hours there were eleven appointments placed and all of the viewings were handled by Move Revolution, afterwards Dylan kindly contacted myself and gave me feedback as to the thoughts of those viewing , no home is going to suit all but to have two offers three days after the house going to market was amazing. Another challenge we had and Dylan was aware , is the challenge of grant of probate, but again no stress for me , the buyer was informed and was more than happy with the situation , I am sure the sale would have been completed a lot quicker without this process. Move Revolution kept me up to date with any queries , as did I with the progress of probate application. A remarkable team in Nutfield, special mentions must go to Dylan, Sue, Danielle and Georgina, all of who were involved at some point, Dylan and Sue being the main contacts. The house was placed online with Right Move and Zoopla , very well presented text with good photographic images for any buyer to browse through, plus once sold the websites were updated immediately. I cannot thank Move Revolution Nutfield team enough for the kind, supportive and friendly service they gave me and my siblings, nothing was too much trouble and the communication superb. It has to be the best Real-estate agency I have ever dealt with. Lucca was extremely helpful troughout the whole process. As I was renting a flat in Brighton from Madrid, my hometown, I wasn´t able to visit the property. We connected through whatsapp and they gave me a camera tour of the flat.They were honest and transparent at all times, they put me in touch with the landlady, they made all the legal documents easy and fast forward and offered support all the way. Tom Campbell was fantastic as my initial agent who showed me around the property, knowledgeable and friendly, constantly keeping me in the loop when it came to making my offer. At no point was I put under any pressure or sold anything that wasn't true. Sue Peyton is a force of nature, I would love to handle all of my future purchases. She fought so hard to deliver a quick an efficient exchange. Her phone calls were always so informative and I felt like she really cared about my purchase and couldn't do enough for me. She is utterly brilliant at what she does and her persistence is so key when it comes to property purchases. As a first time buyer no question was deemed too silly and they both really held my hand throughout the entire process.
