Recently I have gone through a lengthy house move process. With a long chain and twice the chain collapsing. Move Revelation from the beginning showed professionalism, compassion and commitment. The whole team delivered on their promise and we sold . The sales team with Danielle Granville I have no doubt in my mind that she got this to Exchange & Complete. This was at times a very stressful process, Daniell showed continuous commitment, communication, professionalism throughout and remained positive when other parties were slow in their communication and response. WOW! I first called Move revolution as a competitor in Haywards Heath were asking to charge me what I thought was an unreasonably high fee so I called Move Revolution to check what their charges were. From the first call I was so impressed with how genuine, honest and supportive they were, clearly showing their experience. They offered to charge me a much more reasonable fee and so I had no hesitation to use them. When the sale was put in hand, I was supported by Danielle. At the time, the director said she was one of the best in the business and I couldn't agree more. She has been excellent and has chased all throughout the chain and saved me a lot of work. She has communicated the whole way through and just been very transparent. I have appreciated her honestly, never trying to pretend things are going better than they were, but explained the process fully on each stage we were at and how things would move forward. She has worked tirelessly on my sale and I have felt that I have been her only case to work which is far from the truth. That to me is a sign of an excellent sales coordinator. I can't thank her enough for all the support she has given. I have never struggled to contact her and she has always delivered updates/calls when promised. she is the main reason along with the honest and transparent work of the team that I will use Move Revolution again in the future. What a fantastic experience it was buying and selling through Move Revolution. Right from the start, Harvey and Lydia were super helpful and professional with dealing with not only our purchase but sale through them as well. They kept us updated at every step which gave us the comfort that things were in safe and capable hands. Whenever we got in touch, the team were responsive and timely in assisting us and were sure that this proactive approach helped us complete in a very reasonable time. We felt that the Sales Progression team could have been more forthcoming in keeping us updated towards the end of the process, rather than relying on us getting in touch to check on things, but thankfully this didn’t hinder the speed of the overall process.
