I rented a property from Manning Stainton at Moortwon. The application process was smooth and everything digital reducing waste and time. They were also very responsive to my quries. Paulina Gluszek from the North Leeds letting office was really helpful and answered any questions we had. We were kept up to date all throughout our application and Paulina even helped us to arrange for us to collect the keys 2 days earlier than first planned. This meant Paulina had to amend our letting agreement but it was not too much trouble for her.

They visited promptly to assess suitability and discussed all necessary certificates/improvements.
