Cannot recommend the team enough. We sold our Mum’s house, within a week of putting it on the market we had offers and even though two fell through they were incredibly quick at getting new potential buyers in. All offers were communicated quickly and impartial advice provided when needed. The house next door to Mum’s took over a year to sell, ours took 16 weeks and sold for £45k more despite being in a similar condition.
