We were due to move into a property for rent and had signed the tenancy application, passed referencing and paid all fees but 2 weeks before our move in date we received an email from Pooja Shah advising us that the landlord had decided not to rent the property. Given how late into the process this was I would have at least expected a phone call. I would never recommend using this estate agents due to their poor service.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Can't find words to describe how bad the quality of service is. Frosts charges me management fee for "managing" my property. But now I have to manage Frosts and my property. One of many examples - Gas Safety certificate on my property has expired. As managing agent they should have initiated the process of getting new one. But they didn't. I raised it with them when I realized it. Now after 3 weeks and number of follow ups I am still waiting for Gas Safety Certificate. The lady dealing with my property has absolutely no clue about what Gas Safety Certificate is what is the purpose of it. Their contractors charge extortionate rates. You can get things done in half the money if you find a tradesman. You are better of managing your property than giving it to Frosts. You will end up managing it yourself anyway.

The way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?
Require lots of chasing, give incorrect/misleading information
I am highly disappointed by the services of this agency. They havent paid back my deposit for the tenancy that ended 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. Definitely do not reccomend- very unprofessional.
Feedback is that customer service received by Pooja was very poor when dealing with a colleague I was with at the time. My colleague was left feeling disappointed and very upset and was not dealt with in a professional manner. More customer service training is needed as a whole.NegativeProfessionalism
