I am tenant and Homeppl are managing my referencing application process on behalf of my new renting. The form completion through their portal was very intuitive, clear and easy to use, which has translated into a very quick and smooth one! After submitting my application, one of my referees noticed a mismatch between their information and the one I proided. It has taken less than 12h for the issue to be sorted and amended by using the chat option on the Homeppl website: the bot directed my query to the right person, and Georgia was fantastic in addressing my issue and sorting it out in a few minutes –thank you!
