Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

They have been professional and, very important to me, discreet, in the sale of two of my properties and the purchase of two flats. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services, and have done so on two occasions since. They go above and beyond what is expected of an Estate Agent even finding me somewhere to stay as my buyers were ready but my purchase was not.
