Sonia has been absolutely fantastic, as was the entire team. Polite, professional, and always accessible, Sonia consistently went above and beyond to assist us. I even reached out to her during her holiday and outside of regular working hours, and she was always there to help. Her dedication and support were instrumental in helping us secure our first home. Really great customer service received throughout the process of moving into a new rented flat. Contact was prompt clear and helpful, making the process of moving into a new place as stress free as possible. Jeevan from the Lettings team was very approachable, flexible, patient and easily contactable throughout with regular emails, calls and messages to arrange viewings and any assistance/queries throughout. Very positive overall experience with Frost Partnership, would highly recommend!

I cannot thank, show my appreciation, nor praise the Slough office team highly enough. Georgie welcomed and showed me the property and facilitated everything with the landlord quite brilliantly. Colin offered guidance and advice, always calmly and appropriately through what is a quite challenging experience. At all times I was reassured and felt 100% confident everyone was doing what they could to make things happen - and in little over 2 weeks we crossed the line. I most highly recommend the team.
