I would like to take the opportunity to thank Alison (Langley office), as well as Lee Henry and Nabid (Slough office) who provided enormous assistance for purchasing my first property. Alison has a wealth of knowledge, is calm and answers all my difficult questions (which I can confirm are in hundreds), and has never lost her patience with me! She also took the lead of coordinating the process with the two sets of solicitors, including chasing my own solicitor as and when required. I was also in a rush to get everything completed, so Alison tried her absolute best to make sure everything was completed within a reasonable timeframe.
