I have rented through Frost in more than one occasion and in my 15 years of of renting in the UK, i would say Frost partnership ranks the best as their letting team and maintenance team are prompt in handling tenant's issues / queries and a special mention about Pooja Shah who is very professional and at the same time understands tenants' situation and needs and goes out of the way within her professional boundaries and tailors Frost's service bespoke to us which makes us feel that customer are put first in their work values which make you feel glad and special. Many thanks to Pooja and Frost partnership agents. Hope our journey continues and am looking forward to approaching Frost for sales service next time :)

I am delighted to share some feedback about my experience with Frost partnership and its agents. Govind Sarna has been very accomodating in terms of viewings and other letting formalities. I have seen letting agents not so keen in showing the property twice. But Govind was very accomodating by moving around the appointments to cater to our personal commitments on more than one occasion and as we had kids, he gave up his parking space at the property for us and he parked elsewhere and his gesture was more than professional. Many thanks to Govind and we hope our journey with Frost is as smooth as it started.

We recently bought a house in Eton Wick. The whole process was made much easier by the friendly and helpful staff at the Frost Partnership. We would especially like to thank Chris who went above and beyond in explaining to us all about the house we were buying and things to look out for when buying a house.
