Customer service for Rental, Harpreet very efficient and adaptive service. I liked dealing with all members of the slough office, who are helpful in finding me a rental . Properties offer good functionality for the flats and homes they rent out in nice areas. I am pleased with their service.

I’ve left this review to the end of my tenancy (March 2023 to March 2024) so I could give a complete review of Martin & Co. Slough. Initial contact was with Harpreet. Professional. Very polite, and prompt. Came across as someone who loves his job and cared about helping people. Very refreshing and impressive. 5 stars. Flat viewing went really well, with Callum arriving on time and showing me around the very well presented flat. 5 stars. Check in was carried out by Chris (from Inventory Elephant). Very professional, transparent check in service that gave me time to verify the check in report and dispute any areas I did not agree with. 5 stars Tenancy - repairs to a broken shower took a bit too long to fix (due to unavailability of the regular plumber). This could have been dealt with better. As it took about 6 weeks and repeated emails to get the issue sorted). 2 stars Repairs to faulty lighting were carried out very quickly. An electrician was sent round to assess the issue and repairs were carried out in the same week the issue was reported. 5 stars Ending of Tenancy: Contract suggested I would be informed of renewal arrangements 3 months in advance but this happened about 1.5 months which gave me little time to make alternative arrangements (human error?) - 3 stars Check out service was done by Chris (from Inventory Elephant). Again, 5 stars. The check out report was clear and compared the check in with the check out. No issues were found (apart from fair wear and tear for a 1 year tenancy) as I deep-cleaned the property prior to hand over. My deposit was returned in full. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Martin & Co Slough, and I would recommend/use their services in future.

Very friendly, approachable and helpful staff. There were some repairs required, they were prompt and professional when addressing this matter.

As tenants, we could have not be happier with the service we had when we initially viewed the flat. Nothing but professionalism from Callum, who in particular had been so kind and helpful with our flat search. I didn’t experience any chaotic block viewings or exhausting bidding wars with, unlike many agents that will put you through that with the current market. Very respecting agents, and I was shown multiple properties, upon viewing couldn’t rate them highly enough! Unfortunately now we have been renting a flat for a few month the experience has completely changed. It’s a real real shame. Callum was really helpful, but we were then handed over to Deborah and we have had such a hard time getting anything fixed or sorted and our contact also took a very long time to sort as well. It’s taken numerous emails and back and forth, with misspelled responses and having to clarify the simplest things over and over. We had several things that were promised to be sorted upon starting the tenancy, now 5 months later we’ve barely gotten anywhere, and the whole process has been exhausting to say the least. We’ve had no apology for any of the numerous mistakes and delays we’ve had and it’s a real shame. It’s really been a very demoralising experience being a tenant here and having no control over getting things fixed in your home, we feel it would have been far easier to deal directly with the landlord thought sadly that was not an option.

I had an excellent experience with Martin & Co, especially as first time tenant. From start to finish everything was explained clearly and was made easy to understand. Once I moved in any small issues were dealt with quickly. Couldn't be more happier with the service

I have had bad experiences with estate agents in the past who only want your money and look at you as just another number. However Martin and co changed my perception of estate agents and I have felt my property has been looked after for me whilst being abroad. I would reccomend them highly to others.

Ahoud had a job offer in Slough which meant we had to look for a place urgently. We work with Harpreet and from the off he was very accommodating. Once we agreed on an apartment it was a smooth process from the off. The only thing we required was a car park key which yet again once reported to Harpreet he made sure we got it asap.
