The only reason I did not give 5* across the board is because there were a couple of occasions where I was given an update by my wife that she had received, but I had not. This is due to us being separated, which I understand the company may not have been aware of, but an update to both parties would have been better on this occasion. Other than that minor point, excellent service. Worthy of 5* overall.

Following the death of our mother we had to make the awful decision to sell her home that she had lived in for 20+ years. After speaking to Leapfrog we knew that they would treat this sale sensitively and offered to do the viewings due to us being emotionally attached. Throughout the process they have shown me and my family nothing but respect and empathy for us and nothing has been too much trouble.
