I highly recommend them, their expert knowledge of all aspects to do with conveyancing is reasuring as they lead you through the whole process step by step. Serra, Becky and Katie are all motivated to prove the most efficient service they can and are always on hand to answer any questions in what can sometimes be a stressful time. The regular progress updates throughout the different stages were extremely helpful. I would'nt hesitate to use them again.

I have recently had a very good experience marketing a property with Lovells in Skegness. They answered my initial call after 3 other agents did not pick up. They offered a very reasonable price for sales package which of course included a posting on rightmove. I met with Beccy and Sam and between them they both did an excellent job keeping me informed and communicating between both parties. The marketing details were put together quickly and in good order including a video from Beccy which included a commentary which is often missing when I look at other properties. They helped us through the conveyancing to meet a very tight deadline, infact we beat the deadline by 2 weeks! I would highly recommend using Lovells if you are planning to sell a property.
