I received an excellent service from start to finish. The customer service team were very responsive and very flexible as I had to keep changing arrangements due to the unknown delivery timeframe of my goods that were being shipped from overseas. The delivery and collection teams were highly professional, prompt and courteous. And the finance team even processed a refund to me without my asking and - again - very promptly. I cannot recommend the service they provided enough and would look to them - without hesitation - in the future should I ever need to hire furniture again.

Five stars for Dee and Quealy & Co I was very impressed with the level of service received, in particular Dee Quealy who is a consumate professional and has in depth knowledge of the local market. I know this area well, having owned a property in the Sittingbourne area since 1999 and had previously used other "national" agents to sell our property but to no avail.
