We’ve just moved into our house after a 7 month saga caused by Gravesham council Heritage department & a number of cheap incompetent solicitors. Annabelle went above & beyond, constantly chasing updates from all agents & solicitors in the chain. I honestly think without her tenacity the chain would have fallen apart long ago. She listened to me rant on more than one occasion out of frustration but always kept her composure & managed to keep her sense of humour! Thank you Annabelle!

When we decided to put our house on the market we had no hesitation on what estate agents to use! We used Quealy’s previously to find a property and they were excellent 4 years ago too so we knew straight away we wanted them to sell our family home. From the start when Michael came round to value the house I found them extremely efficient and friendly. We had an offer on our house within 1 hour of the house being on the market. After 6 weeks we still didn’t manage to find a house that we wanted to buy so our buyers pulled out. I panicked and called Quealys and spoke to Annabelle who was so lovely and calmed me down and assured me they would find another buyer ASAP. Only a few days later and we had another offer at the full asking price! Annabelle was fantastic and kept us updated throughout the whole process.
