We saw a number of estate agents, however, Craig from Ellis & Co was the only one who listened to our needs without pushing a ‘sell’ on us. He guided us throughout the whole process, made things very clear and answered my many questions. We agreed on a Let within 1 day of the house being advertised, without photos. We feel this is mostly down to Craig’s reputation within the area. Highly recommended.
