We have been using Belvior to let our two properties in Sidcup for 8 months now and couldn't be happier. The level of service we get from the team (Linda in particular) is brilliant, we feel that they actually care about the ongoing relationship with us and the tenant rather than just getting someone in the door. We use another (larger) letting agent for properties in Maidstone and Belvior absolutely put them to shame.
