Belvoir has acted as Landlord management and selling of property for me. In all instances they acted with good advice and professionalism. Helen and Richard, who I dealt with mostly, managed a sale that had its difficulties. They kept me informed, sometimes before I asked a question. They managed others in the selling chain by keeping sufficient pressure to ensure completion of the sale. All questions, or opinions from me were listened to and good advice then given. Of all Estate agents I have used Belvoir (Helen) has proven the best.

After failing to sell my house using another estate agent, I went on the recommendation of a friend to use Belvoir. Yes they are more expensive but I feel I got what I paid for, excellent presentation of the property, personal involvement of the estate agents, regular contact, and I also feel they were very supportive of the buyer. This was good for me as my house was not necessarily the easiest to sell. But, I got a quick sale at the asking price, so happy days & thank you Belvoir.

Well from the range of star ratings it looks like there's good Belvoir offices and not so good ones; this is a review of an excellent one. We've just sold our house through the Shrewsbury Belvoir agency, and the service we had from them was absolutely first class. They did a great job of marketing our mortgage-sensitive house in this year's difficult conditions, but above all they remained fully involved right through to completion day. Helen and Richard were unfailingly friendly and supportive, and spared no effort to help things along. They also maintained communication and engagement with our buyers, their solicitor and other relevant agents throughout, and played a valuable role when the chain got stuck for a while with another buyer's appallingly bad solicitor (NEVER go with an online solicitor - be warned!). Ok, so some other estate agents may charge a smaller commission; but from our experience and observation, this is one endeavour where you definitely get what you pay for: Belvoir Shrewsbury knocked spots off the others in our chain. All in all, very highly recommended.

What a great choice we made when we chose Belvoir. We don't live in Shrewsbury, so we had no experience on which we could draw, when we needed to market a property in the town recently. After reading many online reviews for a variety of agents in the area we eventually decided on Belvoir and we couldn't be happier. Although we ended up selling the property, we initially toyed with the idea of renting it out, but as a result of the excellent advice and a detailed market appraisal, provided by Richard, we decided to sell instead. Helen was in charge of our sale and was our main point of contact. For extra peace of mind there was also an extremely friendly and professional team in the office to help-out whenever called upon. Belvoir dealt with everything, from producing a very impressive sales brochure, to accompanied viewings (this was a real godsend, as we don't live nearby). The whole process was dealt with efficiently and with the utmost professionalism at all times, making for a smooth, speedy and stress-free sale. The feedback and updates we received throughout the short time the house was on the market was second to none. We never had to contact the agent, as we were kept informed of developments on a weekly basis (sometimes even more frequently than that).
