It was an excellent experience. Our agent George was with us every step, answering our questions, however small. The other staff were very professional and friendly. It was the best and smoothest experience of renting a property we have had in 20 years. I should like to add that I found some of the marketing that accompanied our rental process a little ambiguous. The suggestion to take out contents insurance with the same company that carries out reference checks felt a little heavy handed and could easily be misinterpreted.

The team in Belvoir Shrewsbury is highly professional, transparent and dedicated. Our tenancy experience with them has really been a great one. The whole process from A to Z took less than 10 days and we are now comfortably settled down in our chosen property.
